The Seacat Bid Module is a Microsoft Windows-based bid solicitation software system that can be implemented as a stand-alone module, a module of the Seacat Procurement System, or interfaced to your existing character-based purchasing system.  Written to Windows standards, it has the same look and feel with which your Windows users are already familiar.

The Bid System incorporates the following features:

The Seacat Bid Module is written with Sybase, Inc’s PowerBuilder application development tool.
